2. Services Provided

We offer web design, development, SEO, hosting, and related services. The scope and deliverables of each project are outlined in individual agreements, proposals, or invoices.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, content, and approvals in a timely manner to avoid delays. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you provide does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

4. Payments & Fees

• All payments are due according to the terms outlined in your proposal or invoice.
• Late payments may result in a suspension of services.
• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

• All custom work created by Ericks Webs Design remains our intellectual property until full payment is received.
• Upon full payment, ownership of the final website design is transferred to the client.
• We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless requested otherwise in writing.

6. Warranties & Disclaimers

We strive to deliver high-quality work, but we make no guarantees regarding website performance, search engine rankings, or compatibility with all browsers and devices. Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ericks Webs Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. You agree to pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

9. Revisions and Support

• Revisions included in your project will be defined in your agreement.
• Additional revisions or ongoing support may incur extra charges.

10. Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
